Leasing Consultant

Must have leasing expierence

Daily duties include :

Responding to leads

Scheduling tours of the property

Accepting and processing applications

Generating resident leases

Addressing current resident issues

Submitting work orders to maintenance

Assist the property manager with all daily operations

Experience :

Leasing or Sales experience preferred.

Great customer service skills required.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
