Our client, a global AMLAW firm is seeking Director of IP Practice Management. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep expertise in IP operations and law firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Chief of Staff to the IP Department
• Lead strategic initiatives across operations, financial performance, and business development
• Oversee staffing, onboarding / offboarding, training, and docketing systems
• Manage budgets, profitability, collections, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate cross-office meetings, events, and recruiting efforts
• Integrate legal tech and AI tools to enhance efficiency and client service
• Support career development and training for lawyers and paraprofessionals

Qualifications :

Team Size :

Compensation : $170,000–$190,000
