• Identify and automate data validation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Coach and mentor a team of data stewards fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT analytics compliance and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on data governance KPIs driving transparency and continuous improvement.
