Walker’s Tiny Talkers, a thriving pediatric therapy practice in Bentonville, AR, is expanding—and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join our multidisciplinary team! We specialize in speech and occupational therapy with a strong focus on family-centered care, developmental milestones, and collaborative support.
Now Hiring :
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-time or Part-time
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-time or Part-time
What You’ll Do :
Provide individualized therapy services to pediatric clients in a warm, supportive environment
Collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to develop holistic care plans
Document progress and translate clinical findings into actionable recommendations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of trust, transparency, and growth
What We’re Looking For :
Licensed or license-eligible SLPs and OTs in Arkansas
Strong communication and documentation skills
Passion for empowering families and supporting developmental progress
Experience with AAC, sensory integration, or caregiver coaching is a plus!
