Overview :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Technical Support Representative II to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving service desk requests related to Storeroom operations, as well as processing requests for cycle counts, physical inventories, and recovery billings across multiple integrated supply sites.
