Revenue Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support the revenue operations team in patient financing account management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain patient financing accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Manage a ticket queue in HubSpot, triaging and resolving issues while documenting processes

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, customer success, or a similar role in fintech or healthcare

Familiarity with account provisioning workflows and regulatory compliance in healthcare financing

Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and ticketing systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
