Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at one of our community resorts in the Kissimmee, FL area. The position is part-time (Resort Restaurant / Bar open every day with varies shifts)) with competitive pay.

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Teamwork and Customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced Resort environment.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously and enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile.
• Provide excellent knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and promotional specials.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing orders and payments.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
• Follow all safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote safe drinking practices.
