Job Title

With over 116 years of history and a commitment to excellence, Old Republic Title is a leader of title and escrow services, dedicated to facilitating real estate transactions with the highest level of customer service. We are seeking candidates with experience in the title industry, who are highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic who are willing to learn title and escrow sales from experienced Sales Executives by a variety of training methods including shadowing out in the field and one-on-one training. This is a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company and build a career in the title industry.

The day starts and ends in the office, with day travel throughout the week. NW and NE Portland are the territories in question. Five years of outside sales experience is required, but title industry experience is not. This position comes with a base salary, commissions, a generous auto allowance and a cell phone allowance.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders. The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The work hours are primarily from 8 : 00a.m. to 5 : 00p.m. on weekdays. Attendance at industry events and meetings that may be on weekends and / or after hours may be necessary to establish relationships and develop new business for the company.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. This position requires a person to be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team.
