Job descriptionOperational Strategy : Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and quality of restaurant operations. Financial Oversight : Manage the operational budget, track KPIs, and implement cost controls to meet or exceed profitability and revenue goals. Leadership Development : Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior operations leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and alignment with corporate objectives. Customer Experience : Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, food quality, and cleanliness across all locations, prioritizing guest satisfaction. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies across all restaurant locations. Process Improvement & Innovation : Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new technologies, processes, and industry best practices to streamline operations and improve guest experiences. Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with the executive team to provide insights, reports, and recommendations regarding operational performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (master’s preferred). 8+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing large teams and a portfolio of restaurants. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance in the foodservice industry. Availability for travel within the Southeast Georgia region. Allowances and reimbursement provided by the company. A reliable vehicle. Strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with restaurant management systems, POS systems, and other operational technologies.

The Vice President of Restaurant Operations is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the operational performance and strategic direction of the company’s restaurant division. This position will lead and optimize restaurant operations across multiple regions, ensuring the achievement of financial goals, operational excellence, and superior customer experiences. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive growth, innovation, and consistency within the restaurant portfolio.
