We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Sun Prairie WI location. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union.

Job Summary

Provide outstanding customer service while responding to internal and external customer inquiries, questions, and problems. Provide clerical support and perform administrative duties for several work groups. The primary purpose of this job is to accurately enter / maintain office and construction records, aid Call Center and Dispatch personnel with customer situations, and complete all tasks necessary to keep operations of office running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative performs the following duties :

• Provide outstanding customer service while responding to internal and external customers
• Provide clerical support and perform administrative duties for several work groups
• Accurately enter / maintain office and construction records
• Receiving and processing locate requests
• Other duties include processing invoices and purchase orders, preparing correspondence and reports and various other general office duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Testing Requirements

Basic Clerical Aptitude test (BCAB) : Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information. Suggested Preparation : Review of basic arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages; review rules of grammar, spelling, punctuation; and alphabetizing or putting items in order.
