Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and evaluate the annual training calendar to ensure innovative and responsive offerings
Lead recruitment efforts for training programs and manage stakeholder relationships
Implement systems to measure training impact and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10-12 years of relevant training and curriculum experience
Strong project management skills with experience in various methodologies
Experience working in multi-entity non-profits or movement building organizations
Experience in designing and implementing adult learning training programs
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a growing start-up environment
