The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Global Finance Portfolio Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Supporting global CBG leaders and improving financial acumen across the organization
• Leading financial analysis on longer term strategic business decisions : portfolio simplification & margin expansion, growth CapEx, country / area footprint
• NPI innovation and NPV modeling to drive global growth opportunities with the business
• Implementing trend models and analyzing relevant information (both internal and external) to draw conclusions and drive strategic and operational planning
• Determining relevant performance metrics for quarterly portfolio action meetings (QPAMs) to create business action
• Supporting the global team and requiring meetings across various geographies & time zones as well as broad based support across functional areas
• Ensuring that success is achieved through the utmost ethical and legal means

Work location : This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic / international

Relocation : May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
