Invoice Accounting Coordinator

From 0 to 100 Since being founded in 2008, AUTODOC has established itself as Europe's leading online retailer for car parts. Part of AUTODOC is ATD Technologies S. R. L., which was established in 2019 and has already the status of a resident of the information technology park "Moldova IT Park".

Currently we are looking for an Invoice Accounting Coordinator (m / f / x) to join our Purchasing team in Chi?in?u (Moldova), starting as soon as possible. Catch the ride with us!

Job Description

  • Controlling stock based on invoices
  • Creating mismatch reports by summarizing missing stock in AWS and Google Doc documents
  • Daily working with AWS system (verifying invoices in AWS system)
  • Establishing and maintaining good relation with suppliers
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other locations in Germany, Ukraine and Poland

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance and first professional experience
  • Knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and MS Office
  • High level of analytical thinking
  • Detail-oriented, the ability to find mistakes and provide the best solutions
  • Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
  • Independent, structured and transparent style of working
  • Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills
