Assistant Service Manager

C&J Automotive of Parkesburg is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team!

C&J Automotive Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair / maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. At C&J we have a highly skilled team that has fun and allows for a work / life balance with weekends off and we would love to add more top talent to our team!

Job Duties :

• Greet clients and maintain showroom.
• Schedule appointments.
• Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
• Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
• Receiving / ordering / posting parts.
• Managing parts returns and warranties.
• Review digital inspections.
