Assistant Service Manager

Assistant Service Manager position :

Position is directly responsible for leadership supervision, and motivation of technical staff.

Address and resolving customer complaints

Ensure all safety policies are enforced

Maintain and liaison with high volume customers

Evaluate department performance and ensure profitability of the department

Essential job functions include :

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role

Have excellent communication and supervisory skills

Familiarity with computers

Experience with CDK DMS system
