Job DescriptionThe Senior Industry Data Analyst will be a flexible, results-oriented, and authority product strategy professional.

This role combines industry knowledge with a great instinct for developing compelling Analytics & AI outcomes with a strong focus on users;

a technical skills to work with an outstanding data science and development team; and the business sense to prioritize pivotal initiatives.

We are looking for an upbeat and versatile individual to be a pivotal member of the Analytics & AI Product Strategy team.

This role has both internal and external facing capacities which demonstrate a combination of industry knowledge and data science skills.

On the internal side, the Senior Industry Data Analyst is a member of a product strategy team that is deeply coordinated into the product management and data science processes in place to create and refine Analytics & AI powered features across the Oracle Construction & Engineering portfolio.

Aligned with our strategic priorities, the Senior Industry Data Analyst will demonstrate their industry knowledge and background in data science to help drive the identification of key outcomes and then help guide the definition of the required data and data science experiments (as appropriate) vital to deliver them.

This internal work is done in close collaboration with with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, UX and other product delivery partners.

On the external side, the Senior Industry Data Analyst will regularly meet with customers during the pre-sales, post-sales, and customer advisory board product engagement activities.

Additionally, this role may function as Oracle’s representative to industry associations and working groups (e.g., CII, ABC, AGC, etc) for presentation of ongoing activities and direct engagement with industry.

You will contribute to consistency, a culture of exploration, then delivery and customer satisfaction, with 5 key measures : Adoption Are people using it?

Customer Satisfaction Do they like it? Financial Are they buying it? ROI Are we making money? Employee satisfaction Are we aligned?

This is a position that requires a combination of strong engagement and interpersonal skills, pragmatic thinking, tactical execution and the ability to balance a high-reaching mix of priorities and collaborator views.

You should be experienced in participating in the creation of business plans, go to market plans and launch plans for a global business.

You will be working directly with your Strategy Lead, Product Experience & Product Development to deliver product offerings that grow the business.

In this position, you will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, and customer support to define the best path forward for Analytics & AI.

You will engage with product management, product development and product experience to ensure products are delivered to delight customers.

You will also act as a main representative for your stream internally and externally. Engaging with internal teams, customers, and partners will be common.

LeadershipEnsure effective collaboration for new and existing AI & Analytics feature development, acting as advocate for specific hypotheses and approaches with for Product Management, Data Science, Product Experience and Product Development.

Ensure implementation of effective team management for teams engaged in Analytics & AI workstreams (regular meetings, workflow allocation, prioritization)CommercialAssist the Strategy Lead with : Owning specific modules of the Analytics & AI product linesValidating Analytics & AI product approaches by conducting market research and by on-going visits to customers and other industry partnersIterate on hypotheses and experiments with the product management, data science, and product teams to achieve success in Analytics & AI feature definition and deliveryAnalyze potential partner relationships for the product, especially from the data standpointGeneralUnderstand the competitors’ products in terms of positioning, features and benefits, and account acquisition strategiesBuild an excellent knowledge of the CEGBU’s products, mapping how the new product set interfaces to the existing product set.

Required Skills and Experience : 10+ years in construction operations delivering and / or managing work (e.g., project executive, project manager, or other operations leadership role)Experience managing schedule, safety, cost, quality and other project risk factors on multi-million dollar projects2+ years working in or studying data sciencePassion for improving project delivery outcomes for owners and contractors (i.

e., delivery teams) of all sizes in the global AEC industryAbility to convey complex concepts in terms understandable to the lay personSome SaaS or network-based business expertiseHave a strong business sense and ability to grasp customer’s needs and expectations.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS : Hiring Range : from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum.
