Position Title :  Assistant General Manager- Corporate Dining

Salary :  $85,000 - $95,000

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated corporate dining account. This position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong operational leadership and staff management skills.

This role requires Monday through Friday availability. Most shifts will be during business hours but occasional nights / weekends may be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages day to day operations of an account
• Provides outstanding hospitality to all clients, customers, staff
• Trains and manages staff to R / A and client expectations
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations
