General Manager- Corporate Dining

This General Manager position will oversee and ensure the successful daily operation of a premier corporate account in Jersey City. You must have outstanding communication and hospitality skills, have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and services at any given time, and be a great people leader and client relationship builder. This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule- most nights, weekends and holidays off!

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversees all financials as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the culinary team in creating menus and providing top quality food
