A thriving dental group in Baton Rouge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with 100% Pediatric Experience to join their team. This is a volume-driven practice that serves a predominantly Medicaid patient base (90%) , focusing on providing high-quality care for children up to age 21.

Position Highlights :

• Full-time (5 days / week, 8 AM 5 PM) or Part-time (3 4 days / week) options available.
• Work within a small group of experienced dentists in a collaborative setting.
• Two employment models :

Employed : Percentage of production with full malpractice coverage & benefits (negotiable based on experience).
