Position Description
Were looking for a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in e-commerce and advertising design to join our team. This role will focus heavily on designing high-impact visual content for Amazon including storefronts, A+ content, product listings, and ads while also supporting brand visuals, presentation decks, and marketing collateral as needed.
Youll play a key role in creating visually engaging and conversion-optimized assets, while also using analytics to understand what drives performance. The ideal candidate combines creativity with a strategic mindset comfortable interpreting data, researching competitors, and staying ahead of evolving design and e-commerce trends.
This will be a full-time, in-office position based in Miami, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design compelling, conversion-focused graphics for Amazon product listings, A+ content, storefronts, and ads (sponsored brand, DSP, and display campaigns)
- Analyze creative performance data to identify what visuals drive engagement and conversion
- Research competitors and stay informed on advertising, and e-commerce trends
- Create infographics, comparison charts, and lifestyle imagery using product renders and photography
- Support creation and formatting of pitch decks, sales presentations, and internal brand materials
- Develop templates and systems to streamline Amazon and marketing design workflows
Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design (advertising, e-commerce, or Amazon experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce content, product visuals, and advertising designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Canva; motion graphics a plusExperience interpreting creative performance metrics and optimizing based on insightsFamiliarity with Amazon image requirements, ad formats, and best practicesExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsStrong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing strategy
