The Director of Revenue Management will drive pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies across a diverse portfolio, helping us maximize rental performance while delivering memorable guest stays.

Your Impact

Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rental yield and occupancy.

Forecast rental revenue at designated properties, incorporating market demand and booking trends.

Optimize performance across all market segments including OTAs, GDS, and Vacatia.com through content management, rate parity, and promotional strategy.

Lead recurring revenue strategy meetings to align stakeholders around key opportunities and performance updates.

Oversee inventory controls, system configurations, and rate loading in alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor market conditions, competitive sets, and channel performance to inform real-time decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution of revenue plans across commercial verticals and operations.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

7+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, multi-property experience required

Proven ability to manage medium sized to 500+ units and high-volume hotel operations

Proficiency with RMS, PMS, and channel managers (e.g., SynXis, Duetto, TravelClick, SiteMinder)

Expertise in Excel, BI tools, and forecasting models to interpret trends and drive strategy

Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams
