Position Summary
Assist with basic administrative functions in an Executive office setting. Must have good communication and organization skills.
May be required to assist with special projects and run office errands.
Performs a range of basic office support activities for a unit / department, such as : answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and / or word processing work as assigned.
Opening and routing mail and maintaining records.Will also perform a variety of assignments such as, making labels, updating files and scheduling the conference rooms, and other duties as assigned.
Will oversee incidental operations on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
- Professionalism in an Executive Office
- Experience with MS Office, including PowerPoint.Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Good Communication Skills.
- Must be able to work Monday and Friday
