The Director of Payroll & Compensation at Pompa Program is a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll, compensation, and total rewards programs for a fast-growing, multi-state workforce. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and rewards talent effectively while maintaining full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in payroll and compensation with the ability to design and execute scalable, employee-focused programs that align with business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Serve as the strategic leader for all payroll, compensation, and total rewards initiatives, advising executive leadership on program design, policy, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain scalable payroll and compensation strategies that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and market competitiveness.
• Establish and enforce governance and internal controls to ensure accurate and compliant payroll and compensation practices.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Legal teams to align payroll and compensation policies with business strategy and compliance requirements.

Compensation Range : $130k - $145k base salary with potential bonus eligibility down the road with performance
