SNC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Secure Cyber Solutions to join our Multi-Domain Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Binary Armor® Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity products and Defensible Security Operations Center-as-a-Service (SOCaaS) in commercial and government markets.

You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships for growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our cybersecurity solutions are effectively positioned in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both cybersecurity and product marketing, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for our target audience.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems.

Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground / flight training and complete logistics support.

IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions for OT cybersecurity products and SOCaaS services
  • Utilize industry reports, including insights from analyst firms like Gartner, to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Build strategic partnerships and collaborate to explore growth opportunities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and capabilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
  • Create and oversee production of marketing collateral and ensure messaging consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends
  • Coordinate with marketing team to create integrated campaigns
  • Leverage customer testimonials and case studies in marketing materials

Must-haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Development, Marketing or a related field or 8 years of relevant business development experienceRelevant experience may substitute for required education
  • 3+ years experience selling cybersecurity or technology solutions
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a portfolio within the commercial space
  • Maintain a strong industry knowledge
  • Experience leading large capture efforts for competitive award
  • Experience leading sole source product award pursuits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel monthly for conferences and customer engagements
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred :

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on cybersecurity or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of Operational Technology and its unique cybersecurity challenges
  • Experience in marketing SOCaaS offerings, highlighting the benefits of Security Operations Center services
  • Familiarity with analyst firms like Gartner and the ability to incorporate their insights into strategic planning

Estimated Starting Salary Range : $159,430.15 - $219,216.46. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and .

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.
