Building Engineer
Insight Global is looking for a skilled and motivated Building Engineer to join one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing companies worldwide.
As a key contributor to the semiconductor foundry construction projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of facility design, construction, and commissioning.
Your hands-on expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality, state-of-the-art facilities. You will be responsible for the building construction and maintenance including site preparation, structural work, system install, working with project managers, architects and contractors to oversee the construction process.
You will ensure compliance with design specifications, perform functional testing of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc) and maintain accurate records of construction progress, change orders, and project milestones.
This is a long term permanent opportunity with benefits and annual 18% bonus.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-10 years of overall construction engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor foundry construction, or large industrial construction project experience
- Experience with building construction and maintenance including site preparation, structural work, and design specifications
- Experience with functional testing of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc)
- Comfortable being onsite at the construction location (not an in office)
