An established mid-sized law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its team in Austin. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative group of attorneys and staff in a professional yet collegial environment.

Job Details
What We’re Looking For :
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent degree / experience required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a corporate / securities paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
