Manager 3, Technical Program Management - Finance Systems

Overview

The role is responsible for stewarding our IT Portfolio including Workforce and People and Places initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to our program delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of a cross functional portfolio of programs composed of our most critical platform / growth initiatives
• Lead and develop a team of high caliber program managers, creating an environment where they can do the best work of their lives
• Partner with the extended PMO leadership team to establish consistent best practices for program delivery
• Become an established leader within your portfolio partners’ cross-functional leadership team
• Continuously improve the operating framework that enables our organization to achieve its goals
• Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy
• Influence and contribute to our annual and quarterly planning, budgeting and resource allocation
• Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions
• Demonstrate all Intuit values
• Be a leader / teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise
