Direct Counsel is representing a dynamic, fast-growing law firm seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join the team.

Responsibilities :

Present theories of liability, summarize client injuries, past / future medical treatment, and impacts on client’s quality of life.

Draft complaints, motions, meet and confer letters, discovery requests / responses.

Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.

Make court appearances, attend mediations, and conduct settlement negotiations.

Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial.

Review and analyze medical reports, surgical records, and medical bills.

Implement strategies to achieve favorable case resolutions.

Advocate for and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications :

5+ years of personal injury experience preferred.

Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills required.

Compensation :

Highly competitive pay starting at $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
