Job Summary

The South Bay HQ General Manager (GM) of Events & Catering will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the department, overseeing the full lifecycle of event and catering services. This role combines high-level planning, team leadership, and day-to-day operational oversight to deliver seamless, impactful experiences for our client. The GM will ensure the E&C department aligns with company culture, branding, and business objectives, while building culture, driving operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the Events & Catering team across both planning and operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and hospitality excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to align the E&C program with company objectives, workplace experience goals, and brand standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale and evolve HQ E&C services, ensuring efficiency and impact.
• Own departmental budgets, financial reporting, balancing cost control with high-quality delivery.
• Act as the visible leader and representative of the E&C department, creating meaningful connections with clients through hospitality and engagement.
