Job Summary

The South Bay HQ General Manager (GM) of Events & Catering will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the department, overseeing the full lifecycle of event and catering services. This role combines high‑level planning, team leadership, and day‑to‑day operational oversight to deliver seamless, impactful experiences for our clients. The GM will ensure the E&C department aligns with company culture, branding, and business objectives while building culture, driving operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the Events & Catering team across planning and operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and hospitality excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to align the E&C program with company objectives, workplace experience goals, and brand standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale and evolve HQ E&C services, ensuring efficiency and impact.
• Own departmental budgets, financial reporting, balancing cost control with high-quality delivery.
• Act as the visible leader and representative of the E&C department, creating meaningful connections with clients through hospitality and engagement.
