We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with a focus on Creditors’ Rights to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex and high-profile cases in the legal industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in foreclosure, mortgage enforcement, and creditors’ rights, with a proven track record of representing financial institutions, lenders, and creditors in all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities :

As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Representing creditors, financial institutions, and lenders in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
• Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, including trial, arbitration, and appellate work.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents related to foreclosure and mortgage enforcement.
• Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to protect clients' rights and interests.
• Providing sound legal advice to clients on complex issues related to creditors’ rights, foreclosure, and mortgage enforcement.
• Staying updated with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to creditors’ rights.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best representation for our clients.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participating in business development activities, including client meetings, conferences, and seminars.
