Radar Repairer Role
As a Radar Repairer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing advanced surveillance radar equipment. This sophisticated technology is crucial for detecting enemy artillery and mortar rounds to ensure effective defense.
Key Responsibilities :
Inspect and test system components and equipment to identify areas for improvement
Adjust and repair equipment used in detection systems
Requirements : Be a U.S. citizen
Be between 17 and 34 years old
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Meet the required tattoo guidelines
No major law violations or medical concerns
Training and Certifications :
Receive 10 weeks of basic training
Participate in 37 weeks of advanced individual training
Earn nationally recognized certifications (36 options available)
Meet the ASVAB score requirements (107, 102, or 90 Electronics / EL or Skilled Technical / ST scores)
