Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Manager at PID FLOORS in New York, NY. The Back Office Manager will oversee day-to-day back-office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure efficiently organized office functions. Responsibilities also include managing financial processes, overseeing documentation, supporting the operations team, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • ERP experience required
  • Experience in Back Office Operations and Operations Management to ensure streamlined workflows and effective processes
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients effectively
  • Knowledge in Finance to manage budgets, handle invoices, and oversee financial records
  • Office Administration skills to maintain office systems, manage documentation, and implement organizational policies
  • Proficiency in relevant office software, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
