Job description

Office Manager

The office manager position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, meeting coordination, vendor services, and acts as a liaison with corporate services. This position is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including but not limited to managing daily schedule, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility for the location by monitoring expenses to ensure costs are within established levels. Provide oversight on all office-related vendor relationships and interactions, and involve corporate services as required. Participate in the development and implementation of key office initiatives and support operational plan objectives. Development and execution of department processes and procedures; analyze all processes and procedures, and implement improvement opportunities. Ensure proper planning and functionality of meetings and / or trainings, and ensure all employees receive appropriate information / instruction. Assure effective communications are maintained within the department and to internal and external business partners; when appropriate, inform employees of company / department plans and progress. Coordinate with other units / departments to facilitate special requests or projects, and resolve workflow or production issues.

Typically has the following skills or abilities :

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of office management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze work processes
  • Strong organization skills
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his / her job duties
  • Salary Ranges : $63,000.00 - $102,375.00
