Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt

What you’ll do :

Weld & modify products (AWS 3G / 4G) per blueprints

Fabricate components & ensure quality checks

Use hand, electric, & pneumatic tools

Meet production goals & maintain a safe workspace

Support process improvements & lean initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve issues

What you need to be successful :

Strong attendance, teamwork, & attention to detail

Ability to pass the DuraMag welding test

AWS welding symbol knowledge & machine setup skills, helpful

Experience in MIG / TIG welding (steel, stainless, aluminum) preferred

Willingness to learn, rotate tasks, & wear PPE as needed

Ability to read blueprints & work overtime when required
