Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to repair and maintain all FCH Enterprises Inc. facilities, equipment, and assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assist Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator in assigning work to the in-house maintenance team and outside contractors.
- Complete work orders as assigned.
- Provide leadership, training and mentorship of in-house maintenance technicians in the completion of work orders.
- Verifies contracted work proposals, repairs, and installations.
- Identifies equipment in need of replacement or repairs and make recommendations
- Complete all assigned training

Scheduling :
Must be available to work any shift and travel to neighbor islands as needed.
Physical Ability :
Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsWork will involve a lot of physical labor (i.e. lifting, bending, reaching, stretching, etc.)Must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable working at heights.Will be required to stand / walk for up to 8 hours / day.Good hand eye coordination especially with using tools and equipment.Must be able to safely operate company vehiclePre-Employment Requirements :
Passed a tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 5 years of start date.Pass a drug screening test and physical.Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.EPA 608 / HVAC CertificationEnvironmental Conditions :
Works in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions.Works in construction and project site conditionsEducation :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Engineering background preferredExperience :
10 years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.3 years of experience supervising a team in construction or maintenance environmentDesired Skills :
Proficient in the repair of ice machines, exhaust fans, air conditioning, kitchen equipment and refrigeration unitsGood communication skillsResourceful in resolving issues as they ariseWillingness to learn and perform various other jobsBe able to work effectively with personnel at the storesDisclaimer :
