Shift : Mon-Fri 3 : 30pm-12 : 00am

Pay Range : $28-30 / hr

What You’ll Do

• Maintain smooth and safe operation of all production and packaging machinery, ensuring minimal interruptions.
• Detect and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions promptly to reduce outages.
• Implement scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Monitor machine efficiency, recommending improvements to boost productivity and uptime.
• Enforce plant safety measures including lockout / tagout protocols and contribute to sanitation and food safety practices.
• Communicate effectively across teams to coordinate troubleshooting efforts and share progress updates.
