About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to catalyze growth through savvy negotiations, innovative structuring, and the scaling of impactful partnerships. This integral role involves defining and executing a partnerships roadmap across key verticals—retail, travel, financial services, lifestyle, technology, and grocery.

We desire a leader with a rich history of success in forging complex deals with Fortune 500 companies and a knack for shaping product and marketing strategies informed by partnership insights. You will create innovative value exchanges, ensuring our partnerships resonate at each customer journey phase and drive both incremental GMV and new customer acquisition through diligent performance management.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, holding a Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a Master's degree. A strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development within technology, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty sectors is essential.

Key qualifications include : deep expertise in complex deal negotiations, established networks in targeted verticals, and a record of effective cross-functional collaboration. An analytical mindset, outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, and a leadership style that nurtures creativity, ownership, and data-driven decision-making are paramount.

As VP, you will also be responsible for preparing executive-level reporting, representing the company at prominent industry events, and cultivating a high-performing team of business development and partner marketing professionals.
