Paid Media Program Manager

Our enterprise client is seeking a Paid Media Program Manager to lead and scale a direct-to-consumer annuity program that launched from the ground up just over a year ago. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned media professional with 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy, planning, and execution. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and sales growth through a comprehensive, omni-channel media approach. The ideal candidate will have direct response performance marketing and / or experience in B2C financial services and will own end-to-end campaign management-from strategy development and budget allocation to execution, measurement, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and has a proven track record of increasing ROAS, reducing CAC, and delivering measurable ROI. This role is 3 days a week onsite in NYC, 40 hrs / week, and duration is 6-8 months.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and lead audience-first paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage campaign planning, media mix, budgeting, and activation across programmatic, direct, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with the Search & Social Media Program Manager to integrate remarketing and paid efforts.
• Stay ahead of emerging media technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Align messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment.

Experience in B2C financial services or direct response performance marketing preferred.

Demonstrated success in improving ROAS, lowering CAC, and driving ROI.

Proficiency in syndicated media tools and data resources.

Skills & Tools

This person will be required to travel to Des Moines HQ once per quarter for ~3 days, about 15% travel.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
