Are you passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive? Brightview Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. As an RBT, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized ABA therapy that empowers children to build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
