Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills :
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (preferred but not required). Healthcare experience or caregiver recruitment is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and establish trust. Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and convey information effectively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required).
Technical & Work Setup :
High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps). PC / Laptop : Minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent. Noise-canceling headset (preferred). Quiet & professional home office setup.
