What You'll Do
As a Client Implementation Specialist, you are a key player in delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing support for DAS Technology clients. You'll combine your analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and technical aptitude to :
- Drive the onboarding process : Configure and launch client products and services with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Partner with clients : Act as a trusted advisor, guiding client stakeholders through business and technical configuration decisions to maximize platform value.
- Deliver first-class technical support : Provide timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical and product-related inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Become a product expert : Serve as a subject matter expert on DAS products, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts : Collaborate closely with account management, product, and activation teams to ensure successful project delivery and outstanding client outcomes.
- Own administrative excellence : Manage product renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Conduct audits, reporting, and contribute to special projects that drive team and company success.
- Foster a positive team culture : Share knowledge and best practices by cross-training peers to elevate the performance of the Client Activation and Support Team.
