Position Overview We are hiring across multiple backend roles within our operations team, including Customer Service, and Data Entry. These roles are interconnected and work together to support production, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless client experience. Based on your strengths, experience, and performance, you may be placed into or cross trained across one or more of these functions. You will utilize our proprietary platforms, including The Gorilla CRM and Aurora, to verify applications, manage client information, and support production at a high level.
