Join Our Team in Mesa, AZ – Processing Specialist | $16.50 / hr

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a stable opportunity in Mesa, AZ? We’re hiring Processing Specialists to support our mailroom and document processing operations. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on accuracy, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do :

• Open, count, and sort incoming mail with precision
• Review documents to determine correct handling and routing
• Identify inconsistencies and take action on nonstandard items
• Enter document data into our web-based system
• Track and record document volumes and key metrics
• Prepare batches for processing and scan items into our system
• Copy, file, and organize paperwork
• Extract and input data with a high level of accuracy
• Flag documents that should not be processed
• Assist with special mailroom / data entry projects as needed
• Perform general office and clerical tasks
