Job descriptionResponsibilities : Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to clients within a behavioral health setting. Perform wound care procedures with precision and expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Engage and support clients in their recovery journey, fostering a therapeutic and empowering environment. Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Qualifications : Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Previous experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred. Proficiency in wound care techniques and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
