We'll expect you to:

•Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings.

•Make drawing edits based on mark ups from client and/or Engineers.

•Create and/or modify base drawings.

•Be relied on as productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards.

•Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

•Follow CAD standards and process Required Credentials.

Here's what you'll need

• Ability to work well both independently and as a team
• Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service
• Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam)
• Experience using Navisworks or Revizto is also a plus
• This position requires proficiency in Bentley Software Open Buildings Designer (Connect Edition), Revit, Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, and not required but beneficial Plant3D Software.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 56,300.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 87,950.00

The base salary range for this position is $56,300.00 to $87,950.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
