Humana is committed to language accessibilityand we're seeking a product manager to lead the development of translation and interpretation capabilities across marketing communications. As Senior Associate / Product Manager Inclusive Communications Capabilities (Translations), you will define tools and workflows that ensure multilingual content and member interactions are accurate, timely, compliant, and delivered in the language of choice for our customers. This role is central to enabling scalable, inclusive communications that support health equity, regulatory compliance, and member trust across digital, print, and telephonic channels.

This role supports the development of translation and interpretation capabilities, ensuring that member communications are available in the preferred language and format. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, vendor, and campaign teams to ensure language access standardssuch as CMS guidelines and state-specific requirementsare consistently met. You'll also help ensure that multilingual content is integrated into enterprise workflows and platforms, supporting timely, accurate, and culturally relevant communications across all channels.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
