We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. Overseeing Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel's front of house (housekeeping, front office, maintenance)Create strategic and operational goals and objectivesImplement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitabilityOversee ordering operations and inventory controlEnsure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirementsExamine financial data and budgets and create financial forecastsSet and monitor key performance indicatorsQualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or a related fieldPrevious experience as an Operations Manager is preferredDeep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations managementAbility to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecastsExcellent verbal and written communicationPreferred English and Spanish speakingKnowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
