Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food.
- Supervising and training staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and provide excellent service.
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements :
