Position Overview :
Are you looking for a sales job where almost every lead is warm or hot ? TN Homebuyers has an open Business Development Representative position that can provide that! The Business Development Representative will be responsible for following up on leads after the first acquisition appointment. You will be making offers on residential properties, and following up with prospective sellers to get them under contract. This role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation skills. You must also have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple overlapping tasks and responsibilities.
